For the fingerprint, we need a clear digital copy or a focused photo of an ink on paper fingerprint. Our engraving is done with a special diamond tip engraving technology, so the etching is carved on the metal, which promotes the longevity of the design. The light areas you see in our sample photos are engraved and the dark areas are reflective stainless steel. Comes in a cute, organza bag. The chain an 18" cable chain. To customize: 1. LOG INTO your Etsy account. 2. Add the item to cart and check out. 3. Use Etsy messages to send us the photo. In the bottom right corner of the message window you will see "attach image". Click on that and upload a photo of the fingerprint with your instructions. We will send you a digital sample to give you the basic idea of what the finished product will look like before shipping.
