Return & Refund Policy

At EngravableFinds, our items are custom engraved and  made specifically for you. Because personalized products cannot be resold, custom engraved and personalized items are  not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Personalization Details

Please review all names, dates, spelling, wording, images, and product selections carefully before submitting your order. We use the personalization information you provide.

Items made correctly using customer-submitted information are not eligible for a refund or free replacement due to spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other mistakes in that information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or contains an engraving error made by us, please contact engravablefinds@gmail.com promptly within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and any damaged packaging. Please retain the item and packaging while we review your request.

For a confirmed issue, we will arrange an appropriate repair or replacement at no additional cost. If those options are unavailable, or a refund is required by applicable law, we will issue a refund. We will cover any required return shipping for confirmed damage, defects, or errors made by us.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Changes and cancellations may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed. Once engraving or personalization has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled, except where required by law.

Wear & Care

Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear is not eligible for a free replacement or refund.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Our requested reporting timeframe does not restrict those rights.
